How to apply:
Using around 1/8th of a teaspoon,
Common application areas for Serenity Homestead Wild Yam Balm are places where skin is relatively thin and easy to absorb through, while also being comfortable to rotate between uses:
- Inner arms or wrists: Often used because the skin is thinner and easy to access.
- Inner thighs: Another common area with softer skin; avoid applying too close to sensitive genital areas.
- Lower abdomen: Common for hormone-related creams because it’s broad, easy to reach, and less likely to rub off immediately.
- Chest or upper chest: Sometimes suggested but avoid the nipple area and irritated skin.
- Behind the knees: Occasionally used as another thin-skin area.
A good practice is to rotate application sites rather than using the same spot every time, which may reduce skin irritation. Also avoid broken skin, rashes, cuts, or areas where clothing will immediately rub the cream off.
